(Click to view videos in full screen) ANNOUNCEMENTSWe are looking at restarting in-person services next weekend! We will be very limited in how many people are allowed in the building, so will have to require pre-registration to attend services. More information and details coming next week. Church is so much more than Sunday morning though. We encourage you to be involved in a small group. Small groups can meet online using Zoom or other platforms, or can meet in the church sanctuary or fellowship hall. If your group would like to meet in the church building, or if you are not involved in a small group and would like to be, please contact the church office. We are checking phone messages at least once a day and will get back to you. -------------------- We continue to work from home, but starting this Tuesday (February 9th) the church office will be open on Tuesdays 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. At other times, feel free to email (info@vegrevillealliance.org) or call and leave a message and we will get back to you. -------------------- The Fellowship Bible Study (Sylvia's group) is meeting again on Thursday mornings at 10 am. -------------------- Membership: Pastor Darren will be hosting a membership class Sunday, February 28th at 2:00 pm. It will be done online through Zoom. If you are interested in finding out more about church membership or want to join the class, contact Pastor Darren. -------------------- If you would like to give to VAC online, we can receive Interac e-transfers at info@vegrevillealliance.org. Answers to the security question can be sent to Byron James (Treasurer) or to the church office. Hundreds of millions of people across the Middle East and North Africa have yet to hear that Jesus loves them and died to save them. There are many barriers keeping them from hearing. And unless something changes, they never will! Something has to change. Workers must be sent. The Bible must be translated. Stories must be told. Media resources must be activated. But more importantly than all these critical steps combined: God must move! Only God can open these doors. Only God can soften these hearts. So crying out to Him is the most important and powerful thing we can do! Will you unite with people around the globe today pleading that God will move in power among unreached people groups across the Middle East and North Africa? May He be exalted in all the earth! AMBROSE DAY OF PRAYERMOMENT IN MISSIONSEvery day, more than 600 people are diagnosed with leprosy in some of the world's poorest communities. Untreated, leprosy can cause disabilities, disfigurement, blindness, and rejection from family and community. Without cure and care, people live in poverty and destitution on the margins of society. UPDATE: In 2021, people living with leprosy and its' consequences are even more vulnerable because of COVID-19. The corona virus restrictions continue to impact those in care for leprosy and those with leprosy-related disabilities. People with compromised health, and those living in crowded situations are most vulnerable to contracting COVID-19 and are most affected by restrictions.
